Delete your PocOff Synergy account

You can delete your PocOff Synergy account and its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open PocOff Synergy and sign in.
  2. Tap the people icon at the top of the Home screen (if you aren't in a company yet, you'll see the company screen instead).
  3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete for good.

By email

If you can't use the app, email fjwapps@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with and ask for your PocOff Synergy account to be deleted. It will be deleted within 30 days and you'll get a reply when it's done.

What is deleted

  • Your account: your name, email address and sign-in details.
  • Your membership of your company.
  • If you own a company, the company itself and everything shared in it (members, join codes, clients, quotes, invoices, bookings, company expenses, calendar entries and tasks, payroll, leave, and clock-in shifts with their photos and signatures), for all of its members. The app warns you first.

What is kept

  • If you are a member (not the owner), the records you created for your company stay with the company, because they belong to it. Ask your company's owner if you want something removed from them.
  • Data kept only on your phone (notes, trips, scans, signatures, personal expenses and so on) stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
  • Backup files you saved yourself must be deleted by you.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your company's plan on Google Play. If you're the owner who bought it, cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
